Beery VMI
The Beery VMI assesses an individual’s ability to integrate visual and motor abilities. The assessment can be used to identify individuals who may have visual-motor deficits.
Movement ABC-2
The Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2 is a detailed assessment of children’s motor functioning. The assessment is key in identifying any possible motor function impairments.
Sensory Processing Measure
The sensory processing measure assesses children’s sensory functioning at home, school and in the community. The assessment looks at sensory processing, praxis and social engagement.
Assisting Hand Assessment
The assisting hand assessment is used to measure and describe hand function when a child (aged 18 months-12 years) has difficulty using one of their hands. This test is particularly useful for children with hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy or brachial plexus palsy (OBPP).
Sensory Profile 2
This assessment consists of questionnaires which can be completed by parents and/or teachers. The assessment evaluates the sensory processing patterns of the child to assist in developing effective treatment plans.
PEDICAT
The Paediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory Computer Adaptive Test (PEDICAT) measures abilities in the domains of daily living skills, responsibility for complex tasks, mobility and social/cognitive. It consists of a series of questions answered on a tablet.
Motor Free Test of Visual Processing 4
This assessment allows us to assess an individual’s (age 4 yrs plus) visual processing abilities without requiring a motor response from the individual. Visual Perception is broken down into component parts of Visual Discrimination, Spatial Relationships, Visual Memory, Figure-Ground and Visual Closure.
